Obskur Experience ("Obskur", "we", "us", "our") is operated by SAUVAIT, a proprietorship registered in Mumbai, India. We organise and promote electronic music events, manage artists, and run associated content channels.

• Community sign-ups: your phone number when you join our WhatsApp community or opt in to receive event updates.

• Event photography and video: photos and videos taken at our events, which may include attendees.
• Website usage: basic technical information like pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected through standard web analytics.

We use your data to:

• Manage guest lists and event entry
• Send you information about upcoming events, only if you have opted in
• Share event photos and videos on our social media, website, and other promotional channels
• Improve our events, communication, and overall experience

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with:

• Venue partners, for guest list verification at the door
• Service providers we use to operate, including WhatsApp Business messaging (via Interakt), email tools, our website host, and analytics providers
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so

If you join our WhatsApp community or opt in to receive messages, we communicate with you using the WhatsApp Business API through our messaging partner, Interakt. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any promotional message, or by leaving the WhatsApp group. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply.

At our events, we take photos and video for promotional use. This content may include attendees and is published on Instagram, YouTube, our website, and other channels. If you would like a specific image or video of yourself removed, email us at the address on our Contact page and we will take it down.

We store your data on secure third-party services. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it, but no internet service is fully secure.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data
